All motorcycles are sold unregistered & without roadworthy certificates on an “as is” basis unless otherwise stated.
All motorcycles have been described as it presents. As with all items in this auction the description and photos should be used as a guide only. We have no data on the provenance or otherwise. If you have any doubt whatsoever on what you are bidding on, we advise that you should not bid on the item.
SPECIAL NOTE
Regardless of whether or not we have advised that the car is operational no motorcycles are to be driven out of the premises (If you are intended to collect your vehicle, it will need to be physically removed from the premises prior to starting the engine or otherwise).

COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Successful bidders wishing to personally collect their lot(s) must do so within between 8am and 10am Wednesday 29th March 2023.
Successful bidders wishing to use a car carrier, Dial-A-Tow is the exclusive car carrier for this auction. Please click the tab below to view their towing rates.
Successful bidders wishing to personally collect their lot(s) but are unable to do so within the assigned date and time to the lot, will have to collect their purchase from Dial-A-Tow Campbelltown.
Please note the following fees will be incurred, these fees must be paid to Dial-A-Tow before the vehicle is released for collection.
1) $100 for the transporting the vehicle from auction site to Dial-A-Tow premises
2) $20/day or part thereof storage fee
Terms of Sale
The hammer price of all lots is GST INCLUSIVE.
A Buyers Premium of 10% GST EXCLUSIVE applies to all lots purchased in this auction.
Collection is by Appointment Only.
The catalogue descriptions should only be used as a guide only and inspection of each item is recommended prior to bidding.
SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION
To register online for this auction you must verify your account by submitting credit card information. This verification process will place a $1 USD temporary charge on your card. That charge will fall off your statement within 5-7 business days.
We will take a pre-authorisation of $500 on your nominated credit card within the last 72 hours of the auction closing, no money is withdrawn. In the event your nominated credit card cannot be pre-authorised, you may be provided with an option to resolve any error in authorisation. You will be unable to bid at the auction if the error is not resolved.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER
If you are the highest bidder, immediately after the lot is knocked down a 10% deposit will be proceed from your nominated credit card. Alternatively, the successful bidder can provide a 10% Cash or EFT deposit.
There are no refunds as all sales are considered final.
Any bids made during the auction are live until the auction ends. Should you receive an outbid notice during the auction period this bid (the underbid) may still win the lot item if the highest bidder fails to either complete on the purchase or is deemed to have provided incorrect registration and or credit card details. Do not place a bid on any item unless you are happy for that bid to be live for the duration of the auction sale.
