Terms of Sale

The hammer price of all lots is GST INCLUSIVE.

A Buyers Premium of 20% GST EXCLUSIVE applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

All items must be collected by 1:00PM Sunday 28th February 2021.

Please Note: The description & photographs should be used as a guide only. The units are not tested and may contain faults that may make the items unrepairable. Items may have major marks, scratches, dents, imperfections or damage on both the fascia and the casing. Undescribed faults/damages will not be considered as grounds for refund.

To register for this auction you must verify your account by submitting credit card information. This verification process will place a $1 USD temporary charge on your card. That charge will fall off your statement within 5-7 business days.

There are no refunds as all sales are considered final.

Any bids made during the auction are live until the auction ends. Should you receive an outbid notice during the auction period this bid (the underbid) may still win the lot item if the highest bidder fails to either complete on the purchase or is deemed to have provided incorrect registration and or credit card details. Do not place a bid on any item unless you are happy for that bid to be live for the duration of the auction sale.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours upon completion of the auction. All outstanding invoices exceeding the 24 hour period will result in the Buyer’s credit card being debited. The credit card will be debited up to $5,000 or the total invoice if less than $5,000. A 2.5% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
