Description
Under the instruction of the Receiver and Manager in the matter of Maxiplant Pty Ltd (Receiver and Manager Appointed) we are offering the following in an online auction.
– 2018 Hitachi ZX250-5B Excavator (3141 Hours)
– 2018 Hitachi ZX250-5B Excavator (3430 Hours)
– 2018 Hitachi ZX35US-5B Excavator (2849 Hours)
– 2015 Kobelco SK210 LC-8 Excavator (7794 Hours)
– 2 Indeco HP 3000 Rock Breakers
– 1 Indeco HP1500 Rock Breaker
– 1 Kobelco Rock Breaker
Terms of Sale
The hammer price of all lots is GST EXCLUSIVE.
A Buyers Premium of 10% GST Exclusive applies to all lots purchased in this auction.
All goods must be paid & collected by 4pm Friday 20th March 2020.
A deposit of $10,000 on each excavator and $1,000 on each rock breaker will be deducted from the credit card upon confirmation of sale.
The catalogue descriptions should only be used as a guide only and inspection of each item is recommended prior to bidding.
There are no refunds as all sales are considered final.
Any bids made during the auction are live until the auction ends. Should you receive an outbid notice during the auction period this bid (the underbid) may still win the lot item if the highest bidder fails to either complete on the purchase or is deemed to have provided incorrect registration and or credit card details. Do not place a bid on any item unless you are happy for that bid to be live for the duration of the auction sale.
All lot are sold on an “as is” basis.
