Highlight of the Week…..A day in the life of a Valuer
A day in the life of a valuer…..when things are worth so much!
This week as an expert valuer I had the opportunity to do something that is invaluable, and further, what I value the most.
My youngest daughter is a bit of a chip off the old block and made her school athletics representative team (sadly I am no longer the Athlete I once was!)
I took the time to go out and watch her run her race, and do the very best she can….which she did! She ran a personal best. Proud Dad moment! These opportunities are fleeting and must be grabbed whenever present, as very soon they will be memories, albeit likely caught on a smart phone.
After that I put my expert valuer hat on and completed some asset inspections conveniently located nearby. These machines were underground shotcreters being used in the network of tunnels being built under Sydney.
